Our organization is accepting more and more monthly pledges, but we are struggling on the reporting side. What is the best way to track when pledge money will come in and how many people we have on monthlies?
I've looked at Pledge Receivable Report and Pledge Receivable by Period and they are not helping much with this. Is there another report/method, or am I misusing the reports?
Any insight would be appreciated - I would like to be able to project contributions, especially when they cross fiscal years.

I recommend the Yearly Cash Planing Report - it changed my life. It is under the Finance reports section. You can run it by various start and end dates, refine by campaigns and funds as well as by lists. We use it specifically to see what money will come in during which season for pledges that cross fiscal years.
Take a look at the documentation in the help system, I found it to be very helpful when I was first looking into the report.
