Hi there,
Has anyone else noticed that you cannot successfully upload PDFs to the documents section of the Research tab in v12.5? Once you upload, these are saved as a "Package" file type and no longer accessible.
We are wondering if this means we can no longer upload PDFs to the document's tab or if someone out there has a brilliant solution to share. :)

We had the same issue on our day after upgrade. We needed to install Office on the server that Tessitura lives on.
