We have constituents who have no valid addresses and since conversion, have been using our street address since you cannot have a record with no address attached. We mark the record as "do not mail" so we can eliminate them from any mailings.
We are curious as to how others handle constituents with no valid addresses. Do you just remove the bad address and inactivate all these records? (I'm not sure why we don't do that, but we don't.)
Thank you!

Hi Marcy,
We've set up the zip code of "00000" to trigger a state of "XX" and a city of "Verify Address". We then input a street of "Xxxxx". This model is also followed by our website if a constituent signs up for emails and doesn't supply us an address. It's probably not perfect but I've found it to be better than using our company address which is what we used to do.
I keep meaning to also set up a procedure to auto populate the mail restriction with "Verify Address" when a zip of "00000" is used as well but have not, as of yet.
We also have a master suppression list in Extraction Manager to weed out all addresses with our company address and anyone with a "00000" zip etc.
Genius!
