Bulk editing for Event Levels?

We use our event levels to designate who is a guest of what department, and then use that to send different invitations to each group. So for example our Visual Arts guests are Level: 'VA Comp' and they get an email invitation and RSVP reminder without a price. Then for donors, I categorize them at Level: 'Individual', and they get RSVP reminders with a ticket price. For the RSVP reminders, it's great to be able to use the Event Listing Report to pull out the group of people who have been invited but have not yet responded and then sort them by Level. The problem is that after getting all our guests into the Elevated Event using Invitations, I can't seem to find a way to go back in and designate some (sometimes around 100) as a different Level than the others, other than by individually adjusting each record. The Campaigns > Attendees tab doesn't include Level as an editable option. Is there a way to do this that I'm missing?
