Plans Oddity

Hi all,

We noticed an oddity regarding the plan status drop down selection. When you are in plans maintenance, all active statuses are at the top of the selection drop down and all inactive statuses are below that and grayed out. However, when you look at the plan status drop down from adding a plan directly into a patron account, it is the obverse (the inactive grayed out statuses on top and active statuses on the bottom)

Has anyone else noticed this behavior? We tried to find documentation on this as a possible known defect but couldn't.

  • HI CHRIS!!!! How are you??

Yes, now that you mention it, I have noticed the same thing! But I have also come across other order oddities in the past. Generally, I am plowing through something and don’t take too much time to look up or notify my DBA.

It would be nice to know if it is a known defect or if there is a switch we can flip in a table to correct it.

    Thanks,

    Marie
