We are about to go live with the v12.5 update. I encountered the problem with being able to update existing workers on plans (ideally through mass-edit). In searching the forum I found this topic came up for discussion back in 2014 and it was, apparently, added to enhancements. What is the current status?

Right now you can only add workers. If you need to mass remove or update workers it has to be done through the back end with sql. We are getting ready to deal with this again as we had two people leave and now have two new people coming on board and the plans have to be moved over to them.
We have been working on a custom report to swap out one worker for another on selected existing plans. I believe that Seattle Opera and probably others have done similar work, and maybe they'll chime in. I have only used and tested mine with our plan setup at PNB, but I suspect it could work elsewhere without too much adjustment--assuming you have the IT expertise in house to do it. I'd be happy to share if that would be useful--with the caveat that you should do a lot of testing before you run it on Live. :)
