Contact data in Affiliations

We use them to pull our corporate contacts.  You can pull this information using Output Sets and Affiliation Types.

When creating an affiliation there is the ability to link an address, salutation and email to the affiliation.  This is great for a number of our contacts who have several different ways to be contacted depending on their relationship to our organization.  However, except for going into the account and viewing the information in the relationship, I don't see a way to pull this contact data out of Tess.  Is anyone using this functionality for the affiliation and if so, have you created a custom report to pull the contact info from the relationship?
