Hi all - I need to add "Invited" to an Elevated Event based on constituents pulled from an Extraction. I know I have done this in the past but I can never remember how. I did find a few much older conversations about this that said this wasn't possible, but I know I have done it, likely with some kind of work around (keep in mind we do not have an IT department so I definitely didn't do it using SQL). Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi, Gina:
If your constituents are in a list, add that list to an appeal tied to the campaign associated with your elevated event. At the bottom of the Appeals screen is a button marked "Promotions." When you select your source to promote it, make sure that you have also checked "Create Event Invitations."

My guess would be that the Source is not in part of an Appeal that is tied to your Elevated Event Campaign; if this connection isn't made, it won't populate that Create Event Invites option for you.
