Does anyone else use an external software to help with duplicates? We are currently (and for the past ~10 years have been) using MatchIT, but are looking to change to something more current and robust.
We were just wondering what other groups or consortiums use to manage duplicate constituents?

I've never heard of a duplicate management software program. How does this integrate with Tess? Does it integrate with Tess? Is Tess not working for finding dups for you? I've noticed that we still have a great deal of duplicate accounts but I don't know how to combat patrons creating duplicate accounts almost daily.
