Hello everyone!!
Here at Science North we use the Tessitura system with all our facilities, including the IMAX shows and times. For IMAX we have it set up so that the movies are the productions and the performances are the show times. Seasons have different facilities as well. So season 3 has a history of out planetarium shows, 4 has a history of all out imax's, etc.
So we have a problem two problems. One where we added a new movie recently and none of the show times are showing up when I use "TXN/Performances/Summary?performanceIds={performanceIds}&seasonId={seasonId}" in the API. Second problem is that we are not getting any dates past March 21.
Any suggestions to fix the problem?? Would a screen shot help to solve the problem??

Have you checked the MOS and onsale dates of the new performances you have added?
When you say no performances past March 21, do you mean of the new movie or of anything at all?
