Is it possible to set up promo codes in Tessitura for donations online? We used to use them on our old website to track online donations that came in as the result of calls through telefunding, for people who wanted to use a secure website for their donation instead of donating over the phone.
If a donation is processed online, it goes to On Account. I then run the "On Account Tracking Report" but all I know is the ID, name and amount.
Any advice would be much appreciated!!

I get frustrated by the lack of information available for online donations through 'on account' processing as well. I'm afraid I don't have a solution so hopefully someone will post some thoughts to help us out!
