When a monthly donor increases their gift we adjust their pledge and send them a thank you. We use the New Contributions report to check what letters need to be sent everyday. Gifts show up in the New Contributions report, but pledge changes and pledge payments don't. Is there a report I'm missing that will grab these for me? Is the Fund Activity Report in finance my only option?

Are you looking for unprinted acknowledgment letters? I have a custom report that runs (with no selected parameters) and returns all acknowledgment letters that haven’t been printed, showing patron, date of gift, amount, campaign, and letter. Of course, this only works if the acknowledgment letters are created each time gifts are received or pledges are updated.
