Hello,
I was asked to see if anyone is using the Square to process memberships off site? Case would be, Guild member was at a party and wanted to sign up a new guild member, they would swipe the card on the Square and get the payment. Granted they would have to fill the out the form and send into us for data entry.
Sincerely,

You could just pass it through Tess as an outside payment method after the fact (akin to a credit card terminal or check)
The only downside I can see to this is card fees and of course missing capturing the card for renewal memberships.
Hi Christopher,
Thanks for your reply. True, that was my reply to Devo about capturing the card number and the fee.

Hi Bobby,
Did you end up doing this? Our Development department is also considering using Square, but we're hoping to not have to have the customer fill out a gift form and rather lift name and postal from some sort of Square output.
Does Square provide any customer data?
Thanks,
Frannie
