Hi everyone,
I'm curious to know how other membership organizations staff their gift entry teams. I once read that it's advisable to have one full-time gift entry staff member for every 7,500 members (aside from a database manager and a membership program manager), and I'm wondering if other membership organizations have a similar ratio. I'm trying to make the case to add another staff member to my team.
