I am pretty new to Tessitura and we are conducting a car raffle. Rules are extremely strict around selling online and selling outside of the state of Oregon. I need to restrict online sales either by state of postal code. Has anyone been successful in doing this with Tessitura?
I have used other software programs that allow the suppression of zip codes and states online - but I'm not able to figure it out on this system.

We run a similar lottery, restricted by province/state. We are also prevented from directly selling the tickets online, and get by using a web form that takes their order and records their credit card, then the tickets are actually purchased when the order is processed in the office. Could you have them book the seats online unpaid and record the card, but not process the payment? Then someone can confirm that that are in state and it's a valid purchase. I don't know enough about ticketing to know if you can book unpaid seats online, it may not be possible.
