Using Attributes with string/alphanumeric values as criteria

Hi there,

When we transitioned to Tess, we moved a field from our old database called "Introduced by:" and then open text field into Tess as an Attribute string/alphanumeric value.

Is there a way to use this as a criteria for a report or list when we know there are some common answers, such as board members? Currently when I try to use attribute and value as a criteria, it won't let me use open text.

Is there other way that people are managing introductions? By a relationship type?

Thanks,

Josh

  • I'm not sure what the follow up is to these constituents but if there is any at all, you might try using plans and have the person who made the introduction assigned as the worker or solicitor.
