Splitting a Household in a Consortium

Former Member
Former Member $organization

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a way to split a HH in a consortium environment where A1 is a VIP at one organization and A2 is a VIP at another organization.  We want A1 to keep all our data and history but another org wants A2 to keep all their data and history.  Is there a way to split the household so that we can keep all our data with A1 and the other org can keep all their data with A2?

Thanks so much!

Mark

  • Hi, Mark:

If I am understanding you correctly, you might need to leave the original household, with its members, intact, but inactive, and associate new constituents back to the individuals in the inactive household (we have an association of “same person” for one or two cases that can’t be merged for peculiar reasons) to find the historical information. Just an idea.
