I am quite new to using Plans and wondered if anyone has any tips, tricks, or general advice on setting up and using Plans for telemarketing. Specifically, we would like to use plans for our upcoming calling campaign for subscription renewals/reaching out to lapsed subscribers. Thanks in advance!

Adding to the convo - I have used plans in only a very simple way for telefunding, but it's been very helpful nonetheless. I use them to track will consider and verbal pledges that can't be booked. It's easy info transfer from the room to me, and easy to query on updated plans within a date range, compared to recent gifts to identify donations that need to be credited to the room.
