New Year goal is to integrate Plans into our Devo operations.
In a situation, where you have a created a plan and the constituent calls or sends you an email/letter that may or may not be related to the plan, should you add it as a step and detail the info OR should you create a Note in the Research tab? Ideally, I want all the info together, but their communication in not a step per se. Thanks.
Sometimes I will add the information in a research note, and make a note or step to refer to that note. Its all part of the donor communication, so your gift officers will see a reference in both places.
