Annual Renewal Rate by Fiscal Year

Hello!

Our Director of Membership Relations is seeking a report or list that will give her a renewal rate for Memberships for the past three years. I checked and didn't see anything super straight forward that could pull this information. Have any of you had success using an pre-made report or utility for this kind of information? Or is there a list or extraction I could pull?

Any help would be great. Thanks!

  • Since memberships span fiscal years and I wanted a view of renewal rate from FY to FY, I originally pulled this data manually.

Klearsky has since built a custom report for me that shows renewal rate by donor level (again from FY to FY), my overall renewal rate, and breaks down by increased/renewed/decreased/unrenewed by level.

    It's really terrific to have.

There are several standard reports in the Membership report folder that are helpful – try the Membership  Renewal Analysis, for example.

  • Hi Laura,

I would use the membership cube in T-Stats for this information.
