Hello Tessitura User Community:
Every year we host a month-long auction on Bidding for Good. None of the credit card processors are compatible with Tessitura, so our solution in the past has been to download a secure credit card report and manually enter auction purchases into Tessitura at the close of the auction. However, the secure credit card report is no longer available due to security concerns.
For any Tessitura users who currently operate auctions on Bidding For Good, how have you found a solution to this problem? What steps did you need to take in order to set up with one of the BFG credit card processors and make sure transactions would go into Tessitura? Was the process challenging or relatively straight-forward? Which processor did you choose and why? Any advice would be much appreciated!
