Recording Assistant Info

Hi!  How do you handle storing the names of assistants?  It would be nice to be able to see an assistant's name underneath their phone number or email address (especially because not all email addresses follow clear naming formats).  Thanks!

    At City Center we have types for Assistant E-mail and Assistant Phone that go on the donor's record.  We also enter them as an Association of Assistant.  If we feel we will ever contact the assistant independent of their employer, we will also create a record for them with the same information.

    There are a lot of judgement calls to make for each assistant, and it's a lot of clicking back and forth from Contact Details and Relationships to see the names and numbers, but it gives us everything there.
