Donate all seats on show

So we are looking for a way to: 

• sell a full house to one customer at one price

And then 

• Selling the tickets for the customer at another price

We thought a solution could be to donate all seats in an order, so that we are able to resell them. I guess we could change the price of the seats using a price event and we can redirect the money from the donated seats to another GL so, all need is to be able to donate more than one seat at the time, as we have 4000 seats in our largest venues.
Does anyone have experience with using the system this way or have any thoughts on our little hack?
