On Thursday, January 14, 11-12:00 PT, a very educational and informative professional development opportunity will be presented live to examine the upcoming changes regarding rules for charitable giving and nonprofit management and will assess what is new as well as what's misunderstood. Specific topics include IRA rollover provisions, benefit limits, donor-advised fund and family (private) foundation issues, quid pro quo considerations, what is a gift and what is not, charity auctions, sponsorships and other special events.
