For any other organizations who have some or all of their web donations generate a CSI - has anyone else encountered problems with the CSIs not generating in select cases? Our web team believes finding other organizations with this issue might not be helpful as it is probably unique to how we use the API . . . but I'm still curious as to if others have had this problem as well - telling an associate they need to call a donor and to ask for the missing information is embarrassing, and I am concerned the problem is more widespread than the ones we have caught (that we are missing more information and data we don't even know we are missing).

Yes, we have experienced missing CSIs with web gifts. As far as we can tell it's weird cart behavior?
