Hello,
We are looking to transition from paper to electronic tax receipting. It won’t be an immediate transition as we are just receiving the Mail2 integration with Tessitura.
Our online donations receive an electronic tax receipt through a third party, however, I would like to be able to issue electronic tax receipts and thank you letters directly from Tessitura.
If anyone has any input or background with this sort of change over, please tell me about your experience.
Thanks so much,
Tess
Good afternoon, Dee,
My apologies for such a late response! Somehow this email ended up in my junk mail. Unfortunately, we have been stalled on our transition to sending tax receipts via email. We are currently moving all of our expressed permission emails over to the Mail2 program from our previous email program. Are you using Mail2 or another provider? If you have any insight on how to make this transition easier, I would truly appreciate it! I have been hoping to move to digital receipting for quite some time. Cheers,

Hi Tess
Have you worked this one out? We are wanting to send receipts via email too and need to run a merge via outlook I'd expect. The merge process is simple enough but we need to add an attachment.
Cheers Dee
