Lapsed/Inactive members from the past 5 fiscal years

My department is doing a data mining project in the coming weeks and I've been tasked with pulling a list of names from Tessitura to use for the project. I've been asked to include members who have lapsed and not renewed from the past five fiscal years. I'm not the best at pulling lists and have tried everything I possibly can to get this info out of Tessitura to no avail.

Has anyone had success with pulling a similar list? If so, what criteria did you use? Any help you can give would be great!

  • Hi there Laura,

I might be oversimplifying your question but, in List Builder you could use "Most Recent Exp Date" from the "Membership Most Recent" folder.  I just ran it using Most recent Exp Date between 10/14/2010 and 10/14/2015 and it seemed to do well.  If you're interested in a year by year break out, you could run it for a year at a time instead.  If you're interested in only certain levels of membership, you could add Most Recent Memb Level.
