Lapsed/Inactive members from the past 5 fiscal years

Hi Laura,

One thing I would try is an extraction. I would set it up to pull the following segments in this order,

·         FY16 Members/Donors (Current Members/Donors – will possibly be incomplete)

·         FY15 Members/Donors (This will give you FY15 donors who have not renewed in FY16)

·         FY14 Members/Donors (This will give you FY14 donors who have not renewed in FY15 OR FY16)

·         FY13 Members/Donors (This will give you FY13 donors who have not renewed in FY14, FY15 OR FY16)

·         FY12 Members/Donors (This will give you FY12 donors who have not renewed in FY13, FY14, FY15 OR 16)

·         FY11 Members/Donors (This will give you FY12 donors who have not renewed in FY12, FY13, FY14, FY15 OR 16)

o    FY11 – OPTIONAL - In case you need the last 5 COMPLETED Fiscal Years

See if that gets your brain juices flowing and off to a good start.

You can also create PLANS for these members to track them.

My department is doing a data mining project in the coming weeks and I've been tasked with pulling a list of names from Tessitura to use for the project. I've been asked to include members who have lapsed and not renewed from the past five fiscal years. I'm not the best at pulling lists and have tried everything I possibly can to get this info out of Tessitura to no avail. 

Has anyone had success with pulling a similar list? If so, what criteria did you use? Any help you can give would be great!
