I'm interested in what other orgs are using for the all the custom fields in Plans, perhaps what has worked and what you have changed since implementation. This is what I have 'planned' for Plans so far.

I've used more granular declines that identified how hard the decline was. Whatever works for you, but something like, Never ever, Next year, Ask again same FY. It's varied between orgs and over the years, but in any case, the added granularity helped with second asks and desperation.
