We have a list with multiple different criteria to ensure that we are recognizing all gifts made above $100 within the past year. However, I believe this list is NOT pulling donors who have made a pledge over $100 1+ years ago, but have made payments on the pledge within the past year. Does anyone know how to include those memberships?
If you're pulling by membership date you should be getting the right answer. I'm assuming your criteria are looking for something like: Contribution date between 01/01/2014 and 31/12/2014. To find pledge payments within that period for contributions with a date before this period you would have to delve into the payment schedule or transaction table.
If you look at the transaction table for these constituents you'll see Transaction Type: Pledge Payment Received. You will have to set up some custom criteria, but you can get all people who have pledges (in the needed campaign/fund), who had a Pledge Payment Received Transaction, between the dates you need, of $100 or more (and the campaign/fund you need).
