Membership benchmarks

Hello,

I have been tasked with pulling data from Tessitura to analyze membership acquisition, upgrades and retention. We aren't on Version 12 yet, and I understand it will be much easier to pull this information once we have upgraded and will have T Stats. In the meantime, is there any way to pull this information? We specifically want to be able to look at this data around pre-sales to see if most of the membership activity is taking place during those times.

    I am not aware of anything specifically in Tessitura v12 that makes this easier. However T-Stats would make this somewhat easier.

    I'm not sure what the 12.1 change would be to help with this, either. Short of having T-Stats, you'll probably be using either lists or reports. You can easily run a list for contributions to your membership campaign in certain date ranges, which sounds like it might get you what you need. There are likely some reports that could do similar things, but you'd want to check the documentation for them; we use T-Stats so much that I'm not familiar with the report options any more!
