Solicitations Task Report

Hello,

Does anybody currently have a report that will pull solicitation tasks? 

We have a solictation report that includes some tasks, but we're specifically looking for something that will pull all tasks by type, date range, open or closed, etc. 

If you do have such a report, would you be willing to share?

    Amber,

    There is a shared report from the Nashville Symphony that does this.  If you do a search on Footprints for "Tickler Report" in the Shared Reports area you will find it.  We use this report with slight modifications.

    If you just wanted solicitation tasks instead of all ticklers I'm sure that would be an easy modification.

    Also we have a soliciation report that shows solicitation information plus all tasks for that solicitation.

    If you have upgraded to v9.0.0.1, the Solicitation Tracking report has been completely rewritten so that tasks (and most of the solicitation detail) can be exported.

    Thank you to everyone.

    We have not yet upgrade to 9.0.  There have been some scheduling issues that have prevented us from doing so, but we are going live Dec 1, so hopefully that will help some of our issues with Solicitations.
