I should be able to pull a quick report to find our current donors based on level, but the results are not accurate. I believe they are pulling from funds that it shouldn't (such as elevated events and donated tickets). I'm looking for advice on how best to set up our membership levels so that when I'm asked how many members we have at a certain level I can easily report on that.

Hi Brian, If your membership set-up isn't serving this data need, you will probably need to build a custom report. We hired Klearsky to write one for us that has functioned great. We look at gifts made to specific funds by fiscal year, rather than rolling 12-month period, so it was inexpensive to set up the logic.
