Plans Reporting/Reviews

I am curious on how other development teams are reviewing their plans/steps once they are in place in Tessitura.

What type of reports are run to reviews Steps, how frequently, what staff is involved or held accountable?  What types of “review meetings” do devo teams have to look at Plans holistically?  What drives this - is it the Plan status, or the worker assigned?  

Also, How do other development departments use Plans to keep track of constituents who have multiple campaigns going on? How do other organizations use the Priority detail?
