Selling Memberships at Box Office

Hello

We'd like to start marketing and selling Friends memberships via our Box Office staff.

To avoid asking the same customers repeatedly if they want to join the Friends I wondered if there was a way we could use Tessi to track and flag who has been asked and when. This could potentially be a custom screen for Box Office similar to a data protection 'last asked' screen.

Does anyone have a method of tracking membership asks which works for them?

    This isn't something we're currently doing here but I have a quick and easy suggestion for you. If all you want to do is track when they were last asked and making it obvious for box office staff to see, you could set up an attribute for the date of the ask and have that pull into the constituent header.

    If you need to track more info that just that then maybe that isn't the solution you're looking for though.

    Thank you for the idea - that seems like a good option. Because Tessi automatically tells you who added the attribute we can then credit any incoming memberships to the relevant box office member who made the solicitation.

    I'll have a play around with options and let you know what works best.
