Hi everyone,
I'm utterly confused. If I create a dynamic list in List Manager, and then apply said dynamic list to an extraction and suppress, will the suppressed list automatically update to reflect any possible adjustments since it was last utilised in the extractions utility, or do I have to generate counts prior to applying it in the extractions utility to ensure the list is current and up-to-date?

Michele is correct. At the time you generate counts for an extraction set, it will regenerate any dynamic lists referenced by the extraction set, so no manual regeneration of the dynamic lists is required.
