Expected Payments and Projections Report

I'm trying to locate a report in Tessitura (or, another company who has a report built) that utilizes the Payment Schedule of a Contribution to identify upcoming expected payments. Ideally, we'd be able to use this for planning pledge reminders and/or quarterly cash flow projections.

Does anyone have something like this?

Scott, have you reviewed the Pledge Receivable Report and the Pledge Receivable by Period report that are in the Tessitura Finance report folder to see if they satisfy your reporting needs?

The Yearly Cash Flow report in the Finance folder will give you scheduled pledge payments for the upcoming 12 months and it lists each pledge by name. (Too bad it can’t magically figure out other cash flow projections as well . . . . )

  • I use 2-3 reports to do this for me:

    ·         “Pledge Balance Detail Report” to keep track of running totals.

    ·         My finance department likes to look at the “Yearly Cash Planning Report” to establish cash flow.

    ·         “Pledge Billing” report to help generate pledge reminders.

  • Hi there,

I was just wondering - is Pledge Balance Detail Report a custom report? I can't seem to find it.

    Many thanks

    Amy

  • It is a standard report.  If you can not see it in the Finance folder you will need to have permission in Tessitura Security to see it.  Ask your IT.

It’s in the Finance folder – but you have to be sure you have permission to see it. I don’t know how your system was set up, but ours has some strange limitations on who can see which reports.

  • I’m honestly not positive. It’s an Infomaker report, which leads me to believe that it is not custom.

  • You should be able to find information about the Pledge Balance Detail Report on www.tessituranetwork.com. And yes, as Terry mentioned, you may not have permission for it.
