I'm curious to hear what systems folks are using for taking night of payments for Galas and other special events. Has anyone found great solutions for using Tessitura for that or other vendors/products that then easily integrate with Tessitura later? In particular, we are looking at implementing mobile bidding and I would love to hear any recommendations of platforms that work with Tessitura or lessons learned from others who have done that. Our key goals are to make a smooth, quick guest experience and charge payments the night of. We don't mind doing some double entry on the back end to get everything into Tessitura, but would appreciate any suggestions for simplifying that.
