Deleting Solicitations En Mass

Hi, I recently added a solicitation to a list of around 3000 names, and then realized that I used the incorrect list, so I have 3000 constituents solicited in Tess that should not be. Does anyone know a way to delete the solicitations in 1 fell swoop, instead of removing it one by one from each constituent record? Any thoughts or directions to go in would be appreciated!

Do we know if “global” fixes/changes are on Tessitura’s radar?  It is an advantage to have a global command to reverse an unintended action or a change in course.  3,000 edits was a lot to do record by record and at a cost of your staff time.

    Hi Rheme,

I never did hear back from anyone. I ended up doing it account by account, which was a bother. I'm sure there is a way for someone to write code to do it, but most of what I read was that there was a high possibility for error with that solution.

Sorry I can't be of more help!

    Hi Tobias,

Did you ever find out if this is a possibility? I'm somewhat in the same boat and would hate to go account by account to delete incorrect solicitations.
