Current Const. Giving by List

Payments to pledges which originated prior the start date used for the report.  

So if you had pledge entered on 4/22/08 but the start date 4/28/08  any payment made to this pledge after 28^th will be considered Other payments.   Why other because it is not a gift or pledge or pledge payment made on or after the start date.   The report attempts to show all financial activity as of a certain date
