Hi,
One of our staff posted a slew of contribution batches with the wrong posting date. Normally, this is a simple fix using the Unpost procedure, but for some reason, these particular batches are unaffected when our Tess DBA runs the procedure. Are there any troubleshooting steps for this? There was a fair amount of entry involved in these batches, so we naturally do not want to manually reverse and re-enter everything. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
