Pledge Reporting

Hello,

I would like to run a pledge report that can tell me what pledges are outstanding from January 09 to December 09. Please help.

If you are looking for pledges made between Jan 09 thru this coming Dec 09 the Pledge Receivable report should do the trick.  You can limit by fund codes or even the amount of the pledge (in a range) as well as the balance due (in a range).  Other parameters are Billing Type, Pledge Status (Any balance due, No Pmt, Full Pmt, Partial Pmt) Report runs in summary or detail and of course you can use a list.

If you are looking the outstanding balance at a particular point in time I don’t think there is one in the standard package.  The Met has a report  that is not in LIVE since it has some kinks in it but I can still use for snapshots.

There are other reports for tracking collections to if that’s what you are looking for.
