Web Donation - CSI

We have our web set to create a CSI when donations are made via our website. Today I have had 2 donations come through via web, one of them created a CSI and one of them did not.

Has anyone else experienced this? How did you fix the issue?

Because it happened once, but not another time, is it is Tess issue, or a web issue?

    Thank you so much for your response. Yes, I am aware that CSIs are not created when a contribution is added-on to a ticket order.

     

    This situation was a contribution only – not in tandem with a ticket purchase.

     

    I did check with my web/mobile person and she let me know that with our TNEW and TNMP upgrades, we turned on the ability for donations through the mobile site. We are looking in that direction right now, thinking that the one person made a contribution that way.

     

    We have not been able to track that pathway on the back end for 100% confirmation. However, we did determine that we may not have the appropriate sales channel and maybe one or two other settings exactly how we need them. We hope that by tweaking these settings, we can identify that piece of the puzzle.

     

    Here’s hoping!!

     

    If anyone else has experienced this with their web/mobile sites and devo departments, I’d love to hear from you.
