We have our web set to create a CSI when donations are made via our website. Today I have had 2 donations come through via web, one of them created a CSI and one of them did not.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you fix the issue?
Because it happened once, but not another time, is it is Tess issue, or a web issue?
Are you using TNEW? CSIs can't be generated through add-on contributions during a ticket purchase.
(If someone else has a different experience, I would love to hear it!)
