Changing fund of contribution

I have a contribution that has been attributed to the incorrect fund. There hasn't been a tax receipt issued for it yet, so I'm wondering if there is a way to adjust the contribution fund, or do I need to adjust incorrect contribution to zero and then process a new contribution under the correct fund?

Thanks!

  • Hi Brian,

You’ll need to zero the contribution and process a new contribution under the correct fund.  I remember noticing this in the online documentation just last week.  http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System_v121/Content/Contribution%20Processing/Fund%20Campaign%20Adjustment.htm

A typical ream of paper takes about 60 litres of water to make. By printing less you’re playing your part.
