Hello fellow Tessiturians!
We have an elevated event set up for our upcoming Gala. We have assigned Board members and our Gala committee to reach out to certain prospects and personally ask them for a contribution.
Is there a way to assign these people to a particular constituent ID? When we pull a report, I would love to have it tell me something like, "Bob Smith is assigned to reaching out to Tom Jones."

Are you version 12 or above? Could you use Plans to track these asks? It might not be the report you're looking for, but if you add Plans using the Event as the campaign and assigning your board members a worker type of 'Event Solictor' perhaps? We've done this for other asks and it's great to see on the Plan Summary Report.
We always use that report in CSV format as the PDF layout doesn't include constituent number.
If that's not the best report to see everything in, you could always make a custom change to include the event details and Plans OR you could use vlookup formula to merge all the data from both reports in an excel spreadsheet?
