Hi All,
I am new to Tessitura and just getting to grips with it. I wonder if anyone out there can help me by letting me know how we track seats that we have sold ( with name plaques) on Tessitura.
We have set up as a future production but as far as I can see there is no automatic way to link to the constituent record once sold.
Help please, ( Hope I am clear)
Thankyou

We use a Named Seat Attribute. Easy to create, and easy to pull via List, Extraction, or even via Attribute Search in the client.
You can create a Premium called Seat naming. There is a "Ship Date" you can use when the Plaque is added.
Hi Jo
You could use Program Names under the Names Tab in the Constituent Module.
Make a Program called ‘Name a Seat’ and in the Preferred Name area enter the details that will be on the plaque. That way you can use the Program Name Listing report to see who has a plaque for quick reference.
As an extension to that – to track the creation of the plaques. You could repurpose the Donation Level for tracking the status of the plaque. For example, ‘Pending’ for those where the plaque is in the process of being made, and Complete when the plaque has been done and is on the seat. Again you can use the report to monitor any plaques that have not been received and follow it up.
You could also repurpose the Sort Name field to hold the seat details – when you save the Program Name Listing report to Excel this information is output.
Just an idea.
Cheers
Sandra
