Emails by create or modified date?

You might elaborate a bit.

There are many create dates and modification dates in Tessitura.

On what item are you interested in a create or modification date.

·         The Email Address itself

·         The customer account

·         A contribution

Something else?

Does anyone know how to add a "create date" and "modified date" to get new emails out in list manager? This will be created or modified after a certain date.
