Patron Activity Report

Hi all -

We seem to be having a problem with the Patron Activity Report.  We are tracking responses for an upcoming Board meeting tomorrow.  When we run the Patron Activity Report, we are not getting everybody.

For example, Joe Smith was invited, and responded in the affirmative, and this is reflected in his record.  But when we run the report, his name does not appear at all, no matter if the "accepted" status is selected in the report or not.  I went into Joe's record, deleted the activity and re-entered it, and he now shows up in the report.

But there are several other board member records that are affected.  We have never had this problem before...any ideas?

  • Hi Lisa,

Have you checked the activity date field for consistency.  Are they all set for the date of the meeting and not the default date that the RSVP came in.  I mention this because we recently had this happen.

  • Hi -
Yes, the dates are consistent.  That's what has us flummoxed.
One common denominator seems to be the constituency code.  Anyone who is flagged as an "Overseer" is not appearing in the report (Trustees and Overseers were invited to this meeting).  But we are not running the report based on any list.
