Hi All,
We have a donation made from an Organization and the tax receipt should be in the org's name. However, it is showing up as an individual. The Salutation 1 line is the Org's name. The individual is only under names and it is not the default. I even set up new names with different labels hoping that would pull in but no matter what, it is the individual.
I see there was a merge into this account back in July and I'm wondering if it's affecting something there. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Hi Lesley,
You may be pulling a specific address type or salutation type when printing the letter that is attached to that person. Or if the gift was credited have you checked your acknowledgement set up to make sure the letter isn't set to automatically set to go to the creditee?
